TRE is a very simple tool which is easy to use and accessible to EVERYONE.
These are a series of exercises designed to induce deep fatigue in the psoas muscle to release the long-held tension and trauma which gets stored up in the psoas. These exercises create an involuntary quiver, coming from the brain stem, which cleanses the nervous system and releases the tension in the muscle, which helps the body return to the state of harmonious balance that it needs for your good health.
